Brrrr..

Never excercise right after you have ice Milo !! I learn that lesson the hard way. After school today. I went to grab a large cup of ice Milo. Finished it on the way to Yio Chu Kang Mrt station. After i reached home, i saw some guys playing soccer on the field near my house. I decided to join them for a game. Mann.. After playing for a while, i felt really sick.. I realised i was going to puke ! Ran back and puke like crazy ! URGHHH !! Ice Milo never blend with sports . The commercial is rubbish ! haha. Oh well.. Just me being foolish. =X I'm rather tired today.. Sleeping soon i think. Nights !
